What better way to kick off your professional career than with a 12-month graduate programme with IQbusiness? It’s designed to give passionate candidates the opportunity to hone their abilities and garner valuable experience, by exposing them to the workplace and letting them work on a variety of clients.

The next graduate programme will run from January 2019 to January 2020.

At IQbusiness, we want you to walk away with more than just your payslip. We want to nurture our interns to grow both professionally and personally. Take a look at some of the perks and benefits that accompany our graduate programme.

Training and Development

We offer our interns internationally certified courses to keep them at the cutting edge of what they’re doing. To maximise knowledge, we also let them spend time on different projects, giving them the widest possible range of exposure and hands-on experience.

Start with the Basics

Our year-long graduate program combines mentorship with formal and informal teaching components. Interns quickly learn the basics, after which they are expected to master more through theoretical courses and exams, and by doing the job on-site, then and there. This entire process is overseen by members of our extended leadership team with whom graduates work with for their first year.

A Sense of Fun

We know our graduates work hard, but we want them to play hard, too. We make sure there’s always plenty to keep our interns engaged through our SoChill club, where they can partake in sports, fitness, cooking, and theatre. The club organises drinks and special tickets to major events around Joburg too.

More for More

What’s the point of asking our interns to go above and beyond, if they’re not even rewarded for it? We give our participating graduates points for being exceptional. These can be cashed out for vouchers at various retailers.

Healthy Growth

When we feel better, we perform better. That’s why on top of all the sport our interns can do with SoChill, we’ve got a few other ways to keep you going. On our annual wellness day, experts come in to help our teams learn how to be fitter, faster, and more productive. We have an on-site gym too, equipped with a wide range of fitness gear to get the blood pumping.
